There are two types of medical emergencies. The first type is critical and requires ICU admission, in which case the patient is transferred to a nearby pre-identified ICU attached hospital. The second type of emergencies are handled at our center itself with the help of a consulting physician who is available on call. We ensure that both types of medical emergencies are addressed promptly and with the highest level of care.
At Mahakali Jan Seva Foundation, we offer several convenient methods of payment to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as personal or cashier's checks. Additionally, we also offer the option of electronic fund transfers for larger transactions
At Mahakali Jan Seva Foundation , residents are allowed to wake up at their own pace, followed by time for prayers and breakfast. The morning is filled with physiotherapy and recreation sessions, or residents have the choice of engaging in other activities. Lunch is served at 12:30, after which residents have a 3-hour break for rest or sleep. At 4:30, there is an afternoon tea time for residents. This schedule is designed to allow residents the flexibility to engage in various activities while also ensuring they have dedicated time for rest and relaxation.
At Mahakali Jan Seva Foundation, family members will be allocated a mobile number for communication purposes. In addition to traditional phone calls and text messages, you can also request video calling to stay connected with your loved ones. This personalized approach to communication reflects our commitment to facilitating meaningful interactions between family members and ensuring their wellbeing.
At Mahakali Jan Seva Foundation, we take great care in selecting and training our caregivers to ensure they provide the highest quality of care. We hire our caregivers from institutes that train them in a range of essential skills including manual handling, transfer training, first aid, communication, dementia care, and specialized nursing procedure techniques. Once hired, our caregivers undergo an intense in-house training program to further develop their skills and knowledge. This comprehensive training program equips them to meet the diverse needs of our clients and deliver exceptional care with compassion and professionalism.
